SEALED TENDERS on forms supplied by the Department of Development and Property and placed in sealed envelopes, will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, May 11, 2023 for the following:

• RE-2023-10-RH - The County of Renfrew is requesting proposals for the complete roof replacement of asphalt shingles and mansard insulation/repair at 1030-1144 Lea Street, Pembroke, Ontario. Work is to include but not limited to all labour, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, permits, disposal and incidentals required to complete this project.

Companies that wish to submit a proposal for this contract must register with the Department in order to receive the project documents and to be eligible to submit a proposal. Proposals submitted by unregistered bidders will not be accepted.

Electronic PDF files of the drawings, specifications and Bid forms are available for registered bidders.  Electronic submission of proposals will also be accepted. Hard copy Specifications may be obtained from the Department by request.  Please provide 48 hours’ notice for obtaining hard copies.

Faxed submissions will not be accepted. The lowest of any proposal will not necessarily be accepted and the County of Renfrew reserves the right to award any portion of the work or none of the work. 

Proponents are invited to a Mandatory Site Meeting on April 13, 2023 at 10am located at 1030 Lea Street, Pembroke, Ontario  Please arrive on time.
