SEALED TENDERS on forms supplied by the Department of Development and Property will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, August 25, 2022 for the following:

• DP-RCHC 22-100 – Renfrew County Housing Corporation is requesting tenders for Flat Roof Replacements at 260 Elizabeth Street North, Pembroke and 55 Poplar Street in Deep River, Ontario. Work is to include but not limited to all labour, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, permits, disposal and incidentals required to complete this contract.

Companies that wish to submit a tender for this contract must register with the Department in order to receive the tender documents and to be eligible to submit a tender. Tenders submitted by unregistered bidders will not be accepted.

Electronic PDF files of the drawings, specifications and tender forms are free of charge for registered bidders.  Electronic submission of Bid forms will also be accepted.  Hard copy Specifications and Tender forms may be obtained from the Department by request.  Please provide 48 hours’ notice for obtaining hard copies.

Faxed submissions will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and the County of Renfrew reserves the right to award any portion of the work or none of the work. 

Proponents are invited to a Mandatory Site Meeting on August 11, 2022 at 11:30am located at the front entrance to 260 Elizabeth Street North, Pembroke, Ontario then moving on to 55 Poplar Street, Deep River, Ontario.  Please arrive on time.
